Sify Broadband Suck's

I use Sify Broadband for Internet. Some times it works very good with a download speed around 20-25 kbps. Since Last two days the Net connection is down and can't even open Google Page, showing "cannot open document". I wanted to send some important mails to my clients.

Now its working Okay ! Thank God !
