I think reservation should be stopped. And government should think about the students in open category which are very more deserved to be in those seats... I have seen the Reservation Quota is much bigger... I think at least it should be reduced. Government should put some restrictions also on students to take addmission on some other place some where in rural areas where these student from city seek addmission and the poor poeple from rural areas have to face a huge competition... this is why the government is focusing on Reservation and this creates problems to weaker section.... Sooo i think Reservation should be stopped in developed areas and some reservation should be kept in rural places.... means it includes most of the places where the people are still in developing stage and have no facilities like here in big cities.

And also to restrict the student to migrate from urban area to rural area just for studdies because theres not that much of competition there in rural area. and also the fees are much lower than the urban areas....

I ordered a Quantum Web cam from Sifymall which was costing around Rs.444/- It was a nice Webcam with Night Shot lead in it. The order was placed on 11 April. After 10 days i recd. my order tht was on 20th April even after soo long i got a totally different and cheap webcam than i ordered from sifymall. They sent me a Fline webcam (cheaper one) along with one mouse which i never wanted.

They should have call me on my cell and confirm from me tht they are sending some other web cam as the product was out of stock.

The Order was paid by my mom as i was not there at my home when order reached to my place. Or else i would surely had returned tht product.

It wil be special website which will form a youth community and express our feelings in that website soo that all of them can read it. Yesterday when Bush came to india there was lot of protest by lakhs of people. There was a huge crowd more than lakhs of people in different parts of the country.

But I found these crowd were of only MUSLIM People. I did not understand why only muslim did such huge protest. I have seen such crowd of Muslim people for the first time and that to for protesting Bush to come in India.

Today's cricket Match between India and Pakistan was at crucial stage...

Pakistan needed 18 runs of 18 balls... and the two players Younis Khan and Naved left the match giving the reason for bad light. Even the ball was seen very clearly even commentators stated this point, and only 18 balls were left sooo the players should have sportsman spirit and played all the balls and complete the game for the final decision.

That decision of 2 players was shocking and really screwed me out...

My exam results will be declared very soon {LLB exams}. I promised for the pic's from our picnic but i don't how to capture images from video... As i told you i had a handy cam and got i video cd... i tried alot to get a software to capture images from .dat file which is video file. But all the efforts were of no use.

I had a blast on New Year Party. I was in Essel World { Its the biggest Disney World in India or Asia (i don't know). There was too much crowd over there... about 10,000 above crowd in Essel World. The Place was Rocking.

There were 2 DJ parties and 1 Live Orchestra. And all the Rides were open for whole night. I was back home at 7.30 in the morning....

Bike Accident

Yesterday when i was going to JP. I crashed my bike into my friends bike, i was the only person who was injured others all were safe. I had some injuries on my leg. I immediately checked up for other wounds and then went to doctor took one injection and he put the bandage on the wound. I saw Garam Masala 1st day 1st show in Cine Prime in Mumbai.

The Movie was very Bad, John looks like a cartoon, the whole image of john in my mind has been changed because of his such a bad role in this movie. This Movie has no story, i think director, himself must be confused after watching the movie.

Never Watch such a Bad Movie. Waste of Money, Time {3 hrs.}, Boring, sooo please don't waste your money on sucha bad film.

Wake Up early in the Morning. Turned on my Lap Top and connected the internet as usual, this is my daily morning schedule i have a habbit to sit on the internet just after my eyes are open. Sooo my day starts with computers...

Today I visited many government office and being there means waste of lot of time. I have to wait for 3 hours for 6 forms from "Talathi"

The Sify connection was down due to to cut down of wire in my area. Today i got relief from this disconnection as new wire is replaced now. Hope there will be no disconnection in future.

Vaibhav has MTNl Cable Broadband but the price are very high sooo its better to stick with sify, ya i know there are little problems but its ok with that small price for unlimited downloading.

My Exams are going on, LLb Preliminary Exams today was the 3rd paper. Exams start at 7.00 am. I entered the class at 7.30 am. Tick mark some of the objectives and wrote the roll no end everything and return the paper in 10 mins// Along with me about 90 percent of guyzzz do the same...

Students don't come to write paper but sign attendence sheet. Isn't that funny come to exams sign the attendance sheet and go out. This is even better than lectures....

Today I buyed a pair of Nike from Parel.

Hardik as usual forgot to bring the game cd and i forgot to take my book out of his bag.. Sooo hope the things done at our next examss...

Falguni Pathak Garbha

I went to Falguni Pathak on the 3rd day of Navratri. As we were there last year also we thought that even this year also it will held in NSE ground of Goregaon { Mumbai }.
We were already half and hour late when we moved towards Falguni Pathak Show mistakely to NSE Ground. After we reach we came to know that now they have shiffted the place and shift to Goregaon Sports complex, Goregaon {East}. After so much of traffic we atlast reached in between we were all changin plans wether to go there or not because we were already late and by the time we will reach there we have very less tim and for which we will have to pay Rs 250/- each. Atlast we were there in at Goregaon Sports Complex half an hour before, and we decided to take a ticket for only half an hour to play garbha. There was too much of crowd. All were dressed in their traditional outfit. Even we were also dressed with traditional outfit. I took a Video of Falguni Pathak in my mobile phone. It was very good time ! Hope next time Falguni Pathak do not keep changing their place and confuse all her fans.

Earthquake in Pakistan / Kashmir {India}

On 8th October 2005 at morning 9.00 am Pakistand and Kashmir { India } was struck by EARTHQUAKE. The Death Toll has been over 18,000.

The vicar-general of Islamabad said: “The Margalla Towers (a residential complex on 12 floors with more than 75 apartments) was the worst hit zone, it is practically destroyed. No one can say how many bodies are buried in the ruins.” Rescue teams “are not functioning well as yet. They are all slow, however President Musharraf has said he will send more people and we strongly hope so. Pray for us”.

Indian Kashmir was also battered by the earthquake. Police said more than 300 people had been killed and hundreds injured. Half of the Indian deaths were in Uri, the last big town on the road connecting the two sides of the violence-scarred region. Landslides blocked the 300-km (190-mile) road that connects Srinagar, the summer capital of Indian Kashmir, to the rest of India to the south.

Today i saw Fame Gurkul and saw that Qazi who is dullest of all the last 4 contestant, has got 44 lakhs vote by SMS. And Rex got 18 lakhs. I don't beleive that is there a fair voting going on. Or Else some one supporting for Qazi with lots of money may be bacause of Qazi is from Kashmir and belongs to Muslim Community.

I think that Qazi is not suitable for the Fame Jodi, may be because of some ones support another good contestant will not have a chance to come up.

I think the last chosen contestant will be the Fame Jodi but they would be seen in Drama and not on stage giving their singing Performance.

Yesterday i saw on Star News that there was a Live Telecast of the children who went to the temple once and stayed there and now they don't want come back home even when their family beg before them that they are missing their children.

I think in that temple's Guru teached them such a lesson that they think that now their aim in life is just to go on with the god's worship and be a SANYASI in the temple.

Saw their families very crying but still they cannot melt the hearts of their children as they were frozen by the teaching of their GURU in the temple.

Today I have a dentist appointment, i have a cavity. And i am going to fix a new cap which looks same like the original teeth. Lot of expenses made this year on health. Like i had also a Neck Problem and gone to Bone Doctors he suggested me that i have a habit of twist the neck which has createda pain in the neck. Anyways whatever doctor says I prefer only one medicine "Don't Worry - Be Happy"

Ganesh Chaturthi is the most Popular Festival. Ganesh means Ganpati { God }. Almost all the people in India worship Ganpati Bappa. I have Ganpati in my house for 2 days. The festival ends with the ceremony of immersion of the idols in the sea or rivers and wells. This ceremony which is called Ganesha-Visarjan which means immersion of Ganesha is as popular as the festival proper. During the immersion ceremony huge crowds move in a procession carrying idols of Ganesha towards the places of immersion. These processions which take place with great fanfare, begins in the afternoon and continue till the late hours of the night.

Todays day was very Boring, Got up at 10.30 in the morning went to office after that went to some Bank in Mira Road, but the banks were closed due to computer problems.
